Yamaha Delivers High Quality On A Low Budget For Telegraaf TV

Since Yamaha introduced the first digital mixer over a quarter of a century ago, digital consoles have had a seismic effect throughout the professional audio industry. Yamaha CL3 Courts Regional Theatres

Investment to upgrade the technical infrastructure of regional theatres tends to come along very rarely so, when it is available, technical managers need to choose equipment wisely. It’s not enough to have a system that is good for today - it needs to cater for production needs for 10 or even 20 years into the future. When Hereford’s Courtyard Centre for the Arts was recently granted funding to update its 15 year old system, a Yamaha CL3 system provided all the necessary facilities and future-proofing.

Unique Yamaha AFC System Installed at Buffalo State

SUNY College at Buffalo recently installed a Yamaha AFC (Active Field Control) system in its 200-seat Ciminelli Recital Hall. The recital hall, located within Rockwell Hall, has been designed to accommodate small ensemble and solo performances by students of the Music Department and research in multi-channel sound diffusion. Rockwell Hall is one of four of the original buildings encompassing Buffalo State and houses the departments of music and art conservation as well as an 850-seat performing arts center.

Yamaha Is Where It’s @

With ever-increasing broadband speeds, the appeal and practicality of internet-based television has risen dramatically over the past decade. Bypassing satellite broadcasting, web TV allows broadcasters to reach just as big an audience with a much smaller budget. The compact size and competitive price of Yamaha’s CL1 makes it the ideal digital mixing console for this broadcast medium… especially for a very small mobile facility like nobeo GmbH’s @-car.

Rent-All Offers Yamaha Silver Service

25 years after he started running a mobile disco with his brother, Theo van Workum now owns Rent-All, one of Europe’s major technical production companies. Committed to investing in the most modern equipment, the company recently purchased six Yamaha CL series digital consoles.

Located in the picturesque Alsace region of France, the Espace Culturel Le Parc in Ribeauvillé is one of the region’s primary entertainment centres. A recent technical upgrade has seen an all-digital Yamaha and Nexo audio installation deliver a dramatic improvement to the venue’s sound quality and flexibility.

Yamaha Mixes With Brunei’s Government Elite

Costing over £60m, the new Prime Minister’s Office in Brunei is an opulent, state of the art venue which houses the central coordinating body for all of the sultanate’s government ministries and agencies. With a theatre and banqueting hall that each seat 1000, a 300-seat conference hall and 13 further conference and meeting rooms, Yamaha digital mixers and amplifiers deliver the requisite optimum audio quality.

Yamaha Says Hello Dolly At Pitlochry Festival Theatre

One of the most popular theatres in Scotland, Pitlochry Festival Theatre (PFT)’s demanding summer rep season is complemented by an increasingly busy winter programme. More complex productions have meant that an improved audio mixing system was required, so the venue has invested in a Yamaha CL5.

Yamaha CL5 Mixes Air, Water And Ethersound

One of Europe’s most unusual air shows, the Scalaria Air Challenge takes place every July on Austria’s Lake Wolfgang. Seaplanes and stunt flying are complemented by aircraft ‘dancing’ to live opera; live bands, fashion shows, DJs and more across several stages. The audio challenges of this unique event are considerable and this year, for the first time, a Yamaha CL5 was given the vital role of master console.
