Awards for the Winners of Yamaha E-Band Competition 2017 Winners

Yamaha Music Gulf FZE (YMGF) conducted the Yamaha E-Band Competition 2017, in its 2nd-year online video competition for amateur band showcasing their recorded video performances of music talents from diverse cultures. The registration was held from 04th June 2017 to 31st August 2017 and the winners were announced on 10th September 2017.

The Grand winning band, “Friendly Mosquito” from Georgia was awarded a Japan trip from 16th – 22nd November 2017.

“Friendly Mosquito” received the award from Yamaha distributor.

In addition, YMGF announced individual winners and awarding ceremony was organized by distributors to acknowledge the winners.

Best Guitarist

Mr. Tripul Pavel from OpTeamist Project (Belarus) was awarded with a Yamaha RS620 Revstar Electric Guitar.

Best Keyboardist

Mr. Mihnovich Vladimir from OpTeamist Project (Belarus) was awarded with a Yamaha MX61 Synthesizer.

Best Bassist

Mr.Habib Arbid from Take 5 (Lebanon) was awarded with a Yamaha TRBX505 Bass Guitar.

Best Drummer

Mr. Sergei Sinkevich from The Feedback (Belarus) was awarded with a Yamaha DTXM12 Electronic Drums.
